500m from the centre of Eygalières, in the very heart of The Alpilles, a new, magnificent villa, with all modern comforts, over a 1000m2 plot, with its heated swimming pool and its olive tree surroundings. Everything has been thought of, to let you have a peaceful and enjoyable time on your holidays. Eygalières is a small, Provençal village, very lively in season and with incomparable charm. For lovers of golf, you are 20km away from Domaine de Manville, as well as from the magnificent village of Les Baux-de-Provence, and 10km from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. There are plenty of horse riding centres in the region. The nearby countryside awaits you for beautiful walks. You are close to many Provençal villages or cities, rich with historical monuments, such as Maussane, Arles, Nîmes and Avignon.

The road which passes behind the house is only used by other residents around there and does not cause any nuisance.

The 1000m² plot holds a heated swimming pool with its tiled beach, so sunbeds can be used, and people can sunbathe under the Provençal sun. The garden is comprised of a lawn and olive trees. Through the meal area, you access the covered terrace, overhanging with reeds, to allow you to have your meals with family or with friends. By entering the property from the left, the garage adjoining the house can hold one car.

The main entrance opens out onto the hall, which leads to a hallway on the left, with a first bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, and the second bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom with toilet. On the right, you have the laundry room, with washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate toilet. At the end of the hall, on the right, you have the American kitchen, really well equipped, and the lounge/diner, with two large sofas and an armchair. Its large bay windows and its ceiling height make it really lovely to rest around in. Upstairs, there is a suite with a large double bed, a TV, a walk-in wardrobe, as well as a shower room with toilet.
