From the owner

There are two apartments in La Jolie Maison, a large house in the centre of town. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and is set in its own garden. The attic Apartment is advertised here.

This beautiful apartment with its rustic exposed beams and stonework is 120 square metres. It sleeps 6. It contains a double bedroom, a twin room, a bathroom with super shower, a large lounge, with comfortable furniture and a bed settee, a dining area and a large well equipped kitchen. There is private parking at the front of house and a private garden with your own patio at the back of the house. The indoor heated swimming pool leads directly out to the garden.

La Jolie Maison is located in Eymoutiers, one of the most beautiful heritage towns in the Limousin region of France. It is only 30 minutes from the chic city of Limoges and 15 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Lake Vassiviere.

The area has a very wide range of sporting, cultural and family fun amenities to provide a memorable and relaxing holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John and Kate (the owner) a message.

If John and Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
