these are two fully equipped apartments, with capacity for 4 people, household items, refrigerator, kitchen and washing machine. They are located in the countryside, 15 km from the Valdezcaray ski station. Ideal for nature and ski lovers, bicycles are rented for guests. The surroundings of the village are wonderful with their houses and cobbled streets. It has txoco for meals with wood stove, on request and extra price of € 50 per day.

Hice una reserva de una noche para conocer el sitio y después reservar varias noches todos los meses y no se digno ni a comunicarse. Simplemente dejo que se anulara la reserva sola. No lo recom… More

Si al huésped se le indica que el apartamento no se puede usar porque se han realizado una serie de obras, como cambiar una puerta y entra agua por el tejado, se busca una solución para que puedan pasar las dos noches concertadas, con un apartamento en el mismo término municipal, código postal 26289, que estaba calentándose desde las 9 de la mañana del mismo día de la estancia. Al no gustarles el apartamento y amenazarme con denunciarme a la Guardia Civil , se les propuso el apartamento que estaba en obras ya que querían ese y no otro, hay que tener presente que querían cama de matrimonio y sólo tenemos uno en Zaldierna, que estaba en obras y el otro apartamento que se les propuso como solución dispone de cama de matrimonio. Al negare en rotundo a usar el apartamento que se les aportó como solución , huvo que usar el que ellas quisieron, pero estaba en obras y frío, ya que para calentar un apartamento se necesita en estas fechas un mínimo de 8 horas. Parece ser que criticar es fácil , pero a la hora de pagar cuesta un poco más, todavía estamos esperando que paguen los 20€, 10 € por noche , por aceptar animales domésticos, ya que ese servicio tiene un coste extra, precio que se pactó en la conversación telefónica previa. Por cierto , la tostadora funciona correctamente, no da ningún problema con la resistencia ni funde los plomos. Todos los apartamentos tiene un ajaur de cocina suficiente y parecidos entre ellos. Probablemente, después de esta experiencia tan desagradable con esas dos huéspedes, los cupones de las cajas regalos van a dejar de aceptarse en nuestro establecimiento. Ya sentimos, que probablemente van a pagar justos por pecadores.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JUAN (the owner) a message.

If JUAN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
