The holiday dates back to Tenuta Olmatello 'eighteenth century and is surrounded by a large private park. The Quercia apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. The AlloggioLa position Olmatello estate on top of a hill 210 meters above sea level is privileged. With no natural barriers it offers a sweeping view over the countryside and the Romagna countries. Early in the morning, in the absence of haze on the horizon you can see the Adriatic Sea. The holiday Tenuta Olmatello is surrounded by a large private park and is comprised of two apartments renovated and furnished, in a building of the eighteenth century. The apartment called Oak has been recently renovated and furnished in a classic-style rustico.L'appartamento Oak and built on several levels directly overlooking the park. E 'consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. In the lounge there are: a sofa that turns into a spacious bed, a 32 inch TV with LED technology comes with HD satellite channels, DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining table. In the restructuring of the large master bedroom it has been preserved, embedded in the back wall, an old oak tree trunk. The single bedroom offers great discretion because of its secluded location. The Quercia apartment does not need air conditioning system as it is built with thick walls (email hidden) that keep the air fresh; It is however equipped with large fans.

Why can't I call Lorenzo (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorenzo (the owner) a message.

If Lorenzo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
