From the owner

The house, on two floors, was built by my grandfather in 1898, my dad was born there and as a child I spent most of my summer holidays. You will have the whole house (two bedrooms, kitchen, living roomand little garden)

The kitchen is well equipped. The house can accommodate 4 people (and 1 baby) For babies there is a beautiful crib!

Faggeto is 9 km from Como and 15 km from Bellagio, and can be reached easily by car.

Upon arrival you will find a convenient public parking. You can also find a private parking (40 euros a week)

Faggeto can also be reached by bus. In the summer is active navigation service with the boat. A few meters from the house there's a beach with bar (miamilaryio beach) and a good restaurant (RISTORANTE VAPORE)

Navigator GPS: set Faggeto Lario, via alle Rive.

Once in faggeto, go down the street to the lake (follow signal Ristorante VAPORE). I suggest to do your grocery shopping in Como because in Faggeto there are no shops.

ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS BY UPHILL ROAD (about 50 meters).

Why can't I call ROSA (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ROSA (the owner) a message.

If ROSA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
