Hi and thank you for looking at our listing. We are offering the BEST price with the BEST amenities at Pena Mar Ocean Club. Our condo resort is considered to be the BEST in the area in terms of amenities, furnishings and pricing it offers its tenants.


Pena Mar Ocean Club is a privileged boutique condo development located on the east coast of Puerto Rico Virgin Islands on road 987 across from Villa Marina. A town of Fajardo is just 30 miles and 45 minute drive from the San Juan International Airport.
The apartment consists of 3 Bdrm, 2 bthrm which are fully furnished with updated, modern, quality furnishings, bed and bath linens, beach towels, soaps and kitchen utensils. York Brand Air Conditioners in all bedrooms. 42” Flat Screen TV connected to HD Cable box, Free WIFI, DVD/VCR and a CD player. You can enjoy all the comforts of our home with leather couches and recliners, terrace furniture, Queen Size bed(Master), Two twin beds can be combined to form another Queen bed in a second bedroom (see photos) and 2 bunk beds can sleep 4 kids. The unit enjoys 1500 square feet of living space. Our unit is by far the nicest furnished unit in the development and can accommodate up to 8 people max.
Pena Mar Ocean Club is a fully secured community and a unit is the closest to the guard station that is occupied 24 hours a day. The unit is located at the second floor which is perfect for tenants with handicap as you would not need to take an elevator or stairs. 2 free parking spots for you and your guests. GE appliances. You will love the huge fridge with automatic ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The unit enjoys Granite counters, Bidet, Huge Balcony across from Villa Marina and partial Ocean View. Pena mar is the most desired location in Fajardo because of its boutique Resort Style design.
The Condo development enjoys 3 Pools (One shaped like a boat, an Infinity Edge Pool with a Jacuzzi and one with a built in slide which the kids love. For those of you who like to exercise, a full gym and basketball courts, tennis court are available.
Apartment is located 5 minutes drive from Seven Seas Beach. Seven Seas is a lovely, small, crescent-shaped beach, with soft sand and almond and palm trees that provide some protection from the sun. The views are fantastic, just beautiful to look out at the water and see the lighthouse in the distance. Water is blue and beautiful. There is a coral reef some distance from the beach, making a natural wave break. If you want to park your car in the street right next to the Nature Preserve, walk toward the beach, turn right - you will see another half a mile of deserted part of the Seven Seas beach. Further you walk less people you will see. One the weekday you will be the only couple on the beach. This is another reason why we like to stay away from Luquillo beach as there are always people around. If you like privacy you will like Seven Seas beach. After couple of hours on the beach few food kiosks down the road will provide much needed snack, cold beer or a chilled coconut will sure hit the spot. We enjoyed this local beach spot more then a dozen times and alway found that locals are extremely friendly and courteous.
Fajardo is well known for its excellent day sailing, snorkeling and diving. The day-sailing trips normally take you to one of the nearby cays for a day of snorkeling, sun bathing and feasting (food and drinks are included in a fair). For the divers, there is excellent clear water all around the cays, with plenty to explore. For a nocturnal trip in the Bio luminescent Lagoon is a must (make sure you go on a day with no moon). Of course, the seafood in this area is fresh and delicious. La Mina falls at El Yunque rainforest offers a romantic waterfall swimming after a hike in the most pristine rainforest anywhere in the Caribbean.
Puerto Rico has it all and our unit is conveniently located nearby all of these points of interest. How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alexander (the owner) a message.

If Alexander (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
