Situated in a great town centre location, Alma Villa offers bright and spacious serviced self-catering accommodation which sleeps 4 within easy reach of Falkirk's main tourist attractions, including the Kelpies, the Falkirk Wheel and the Antonine Wall.

Alma Villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, offering a large sized open living/dining kitchen, a double bedroom with a kingsize bed and desk space, two shower rooms and a small outside decking area. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a very comfortable double bed. The new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi and Netflix's are all included.

Alma Villa is only a 5 minute walk to Grahamston train station which offers direct frequent links to, Edinburgh ,Glasgow and Stirling ( all between 20-40 minutes travel time). We are within walking distance of Falkirk town centre and lots of local amenities such as Cineworld, Starbucks, 24 hour Tesco, McDonalds and various well known restaurants and shops. Free parking is available on the driveway. There is direct motorway links to M8 and M9 close by. Both Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are around 45 minute travel time by car.

Why can't I call Kerry (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kerry (the owner) a message.

If Kerry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
