Villa Dolcevita by KlabHouse is a modern villa designed by an Italian architect in a contemporary Art Deco style, 400 meters from the sea on the Turtle Bay cliff with a 360-degree breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and Falmouth Harbour.

Thanks to its position it is possible to admire the famous sailing race and it is perfect to host the crew and family

La villa is equipped with swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area and 2 private car parks.

All bedrooms have sea views, private bathroom and balcony or private patio.

The villa is situated 15 minutes drive from Pijeon Beach and the famous Falmounth and English Harbour, always crowded with luxurious yachts, where there are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and any type of shops.

The international airport is situated 45 km from the Villa.

At sunset from the large terraces surrounding the villa you can admire breathtaking views thanks to Monserrat island, Redonda island and Guadeloupe island on the horizon.

The property is stocked with personal service dedicated to the daily cleaning, the laundry room and the concierge service.

For an additional charge, to be agreed on the spot, you get a private chef.

The villa on 3 levels can host up to 14 guests and consists of:

-The main level on the cliff top has a large living room, a lovely veranda with views, overflow pool and a dining area with adjoining kitchen.

-At the first level down there are a master bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a double room with twin beds.

-The second lower level there are 2 double bedrooms + 1 double room with twin beds.

-On the lower level there is a double bedroom usually dedicated to children or service personnel with a fan.

-Outdoor-area of 350 square meters

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
