From the owner

Our beautiful Villa sits on a hill with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. In this exclusive location in Greenside, Trelawny, you can relax under a Mango tree in the front yard, or a breadfruit tree in the backyard, sipping your favourite drink. We keep the environment natural and in tune with nature.

Your accommodation comes with a house keeper. A cook can be arranged for a fee. The town of Falmouth and beautiful Burwood Beach is only 5 minutes away. Montego Bay city is 20 minutes away. Luminous Lagoon is 10 minutes away.

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the housekeeper and shown around the villa. You will be given an orientation of both inside and outside, which is a very big fruited yard. You are welcome to try any fruit in season. The property has mangoes, grapefruit, oranges, soursop, guinep, ackee, breadfruit, and many more.

The space is a four bedroom villa with 3 full washrooms and separate helper's quarters. However, you will only have access to one room. You will be the only guest during your stay. A very spacious living area and modern kitchen. The property is fenced and has cctv cameras all around the outside. WiFi internet is available and it works great.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joseph (the owner) a message.

    If Joseph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
