Fully equipped design apartments can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. They consist of 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms/ salon /equipped open kitchen and big panoramic balcony. Apartments include everything you might need during your trip: bed linen / towels / kitchenware...

A fully equipped kitchenette situated in the open-plan living space. It has all the implements you may need for a self-catering holiday. The living/dining room is bright and luminous, with large windows in the patio doors which lead to the terrace overlooking the complex and the sea. Our favorite place to have breakfast and dinner.

Modern apartment has a comfortable sofa for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in the living room, plus a stylish dinner table for spending mealtimes indoors.

All bedrooms are nicely furnished, they have double bed, wardrobes and bedside tables. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

She will welcome you if you arrive from 8.00-20.00, if you arrive during non-working hours, the key will wait you in post box on the first floor of the building. Everything will be ready for your arrival. I'm also always in touch by telephone or sms. My guests get answers on their questions during day/night by telephone. So you will never be left without help and assistance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Yulia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
