Offering 2 separate living rooms and numerous outdoor spaces, the villa affords larger groups privacy and plenty of space to relax.
The villa offers an excellent selection of quiet outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy stunning views. In addition to sea-facing balconies, guests can enjoy the shaded terrace on the pool level and a shaded dining terrace on the 1st floor. The popular roof terrace offers unmatched and uninterrupted sea views across Kalamar Bay and the surrounding countryside.
We have tried to make the villa feel comfortable and relaxing. The villa is located in Kalamar Bay, which is quiet and away from the tourist focus of Kalkan village, and which we believe adds to the serenity and relaxing atmosphere of the villa. We have decorated the villa with many locally produced crafts and linens, and we try whenever possible, to buy locally.

Master bedroom has a King size bed, en-suite bathroom and private sea-facing balcony.
Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and private sea-facing balcony.
Blue bedroom has two single beds and pool terrace access.
Red bedroom has two single beds and roof terrace access.
Bathrooms:
Master bathroom is en-suite with large walk-in shower.
Guest bathroom is en-suite with bath/shower.
Bathroom for Blue bedroom is adjacent with bath/shower.
Bathroom for Red bedroom is adjacent with walk-in shower.
All bathrooms have hair dryers.
Kitchen:
The bright main kitchen is fully equipped with electric and gas hob, electric oven and extractor. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle are also provided. A smaller wetbar/kitchenette & mini-fridge is located on the roof terrace level.
Living Room:
The living room on the 1st floor provides comfortable furniture, television, English and European language satellite, DVD and CD/MP3 players, and has brilliant views. Leads to a private balcony with sea-views as well as the large outdoor dining terrace.
Family Room:
A large family room on the pool terrace level includes comfortable furniture and a large fireplace for cooler months and is a great setting for playing board games or reading. Large French doors lead to the shaded slate floor terrace, pool and garden.
Utility Room:
A utility area is located on the ground floor with a washing machine, dryer rack, and iron/ironing board which guests are welcome to use.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Bedlinen, luxury wrap-around bath towels, and large pool/beach towels are available for guest use. Weekly cleaning and change of linens/towels is provided for stays of 2 weeks or longer. Extra cleaning and laundry etc can be arranged at a small cost.
We have furnished the four bedrooms to provide for an uncrowded and deeply relaxing experience. The bedrooms are spacious and have been furnished to comfortably sleep 8 adults. Every room in the villa opens onto either a balcony or terrace.
The villa is air-conditioned and each bedroom has it's own air-conditioning unit.
A baby travel cot and a child high chair are permanently available on site for families with young children. We also keep a large toy box, children's books and DVDs at the villa.
