Casa Willow is ideally located in the town of Quesada or Ciudad Quesada and only minutes walk from the spectacular Aqua Park which is open to the public between June and mid September.

15 minute walk to shops and bars of central Quesada

The Bungalow has been furnished to the very highest standard with air conditioning/heating to the living area and all 3 bedrooms which are located on the ground floor.

The fabulous open plan living and dining areas provide comfort and relaxation for your vacation or golfing weekend. Satellite television offers you some 40 channels to choose from and WiFi is installed.

We provide all of the necessary kitchen essentials and hair dryer, to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

A fabulous and tastefully furnished bungalow only minutes walk away from the Quesada Aqua Park and Quesada village.

Lovely villa in an ideal location; well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We had six blissful weeks at Casa Willow and enjoyed every minute.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our holiday home. We are sorry that you were unhappy with a couple of things and would like to address these issues. We were unaware that some of the bedding was not up to standard. Most of it was replaced around 2 years ago and has not been overly used. However it will all be replaced before the start of the new season. Please be assured that all linens are professionally laundered before every guest arrives. The furniture in the sitting area is rather large and any extra would limit space and the overall feel of the room. As you have stayed in our home before you would have been aware of this already. I must also mention that we kindly allowed you to stay several hours after checkout time in order to avoid an 8 or 9 hour wait for your flight at the airport at no extra cost to yourselves. Please see this as some form of compensation for your dissatisfaction.

Why can't I call Gerald (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gerald (the owner) a message.

If Gerald (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
