Sea View Apartment , within 30 mins drive from Cape Town Central. Located on the hillside overlooking the magnificent Gordons Bay with views of the mountains and the bay below.

Apartment has two bedrooms - both on-suite , with additional 3rd guest toilet. Large fully fitted kitchen, with lounge, large patios, barbeque areas and heated pool.

20 mins walk to Gordons Bay beach (uphill) . 30 mins drive from Stellenbosch area to enjoy all the award winning South African wines. High security with burglar bars and security doors fitted on all windows and doors, as well as linked to armed security.

WiFi and armed response . Kithchen includes washing machine, dish washer , full hob and oven. Gas barbeque as well as wood barbeque on patio overlooking the sea. Satellite Television ( 2) , heated pool, seating for 6 in lounge, double lock-up parking garage.

2 bedrooms, both on-suite one bathroom has a bath and shower , the second bathroom has shower and toilet only. Third wash room has a toilet and basin only. Bedrooms have air-conditioning and both have sliding doors that open up into the garden.

Villa has European style shutters to close off the veranda and glass sliding doors.

Clean linen and towels are provided , as well as swimming towels

One Free cleaning/servicing of apartment for stays of 7 days or more

The villa is not suitable for children under the age of 10.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michele (the owner) a message.

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
