This villa is a traditional in style, "cozy" and comfortable, are a great location to enjoy all the conditions and facilities area of Areias de S. João in the heart of Albufeira and where is located the Village tourist along the Oura beach and next, but far enough away not to disturb, to the well-known and busy "the strip" which offers a vibrant nightlife with bars, traditional and international restaurants, cafes, clubs’ disco, supermarkets, shops, taxi and tourist and public transport. It is also five minutes’ walk from the bus stops of the main attractions and distractions that may have in the Algarve, such as: Touristic Train, Zoomarine, Aqualand, Aquashow, Sightseeing Albufeira, etc.

Our villas – Villa 2 (6 people), Villa 15 (10 people) and Villa 81 (7 people) - all in the same area, they are very similar in their lay out as part of an urban set developed for tourism, for years, according to a criterion of simplicity and functionality. They have fantastic location and are close to all the necessities for your family or your group of friends on vacation, it is not necessary car. Are a few minutes’ walk from the entertainment and leisure venues and the beaches of Oura and Forte. The center of the old town is a few minutes’ walk including through the beach of Forte. Albufeira, is in the middle of the Algarve and close to many places and towns worth checking out. It is served by rail (place of Ferreiras) so you can use this medium for visits. Faro airport is only 35 Km.

An open-plan room with seating area with armchairs and cable TV and a Wi-Fi service quality; the kitchen fully equipped, including with oven, hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and other equipment; the dining room includes a table and chairs for the capacity of each villa. A wide sliding door makes communication with the covered terrace with full view of the pool with table and chairs, perfect place to be during the day and a dinner "Al Fresco". The rooms, all overlooking the pool and bathrooms in sufficient numbers are those listed in each of the villas and all have rooms with double beds and in suite and bedrooms with twin beds. In front of the living and bedrooms room appears the pool with nice terrace and flower beds where they grow fantastic "Strelitzia Nicolai", have a barbecue, seating areas and ping pong table and a generous sized pool lined with beds and parasols for a perfect relaxation.

We provide a complete cleaning service and detailed prior to your arrival and a change of towels mid stay. If the time is fifteen or more days per week, we provide a thorough cleaning. We can arrange additional cleaning service if required for additional price. For an extra person, the extra bed is only installed if contracted at the same time as the reservation

As a rule, we, the owners, we received our guests which is always a plus and great pleasure for us. In order to facilitate the arrival and movement of our guests we can inform the transfer service from Faro airport which usually performs these services for our villas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Helena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
