Peaceful, centrally located villa with private pool and garden. Perfect for two couples to share, a small family or as a couples retreat. The garden and pool area offer a safe and secluded space to relax and unwind with he convenience of Koh Samui's main resorts just minutes away.

Daytime at Villa 959 is all about enjoying the outdoor space and Samui’s warm sunny climate. Set in a quiet side street and offering a fantastic sized pool, sundeck and shaded terrace with outdoor dining table it is the perfect peaceful location to unwind and relax. The garden and pool area are private and secure making it suitable for children to enjoy the enclosed garden. Bangrak beach is just 3-5 mins drive (10-15 mins walk) from Villa 959 offering a safe sandy swimming beach with spectacular views towards Koh Phangan and great restaurants and bars for lunch or drinks.

As the sunsets the location of Villa 959 allows for easy access to Koh Samui’s main resorts and some of the best restaurants on the island. Chaweng, Fisherman’s Village, Bhoput and Bangrak are all within 5-10 mins drive by car or scooter leaving you with lots of options for dining and entertainment. Alternatively the villas fully equipped western style kitchen allows you to self-cater and relax with a DVD.

Villa 959 offers light modern interiors with quality fittings. Each of the 2 bedrooms offer ensuite shower rooms and are fitted with king and queen size beds and sumptuous bed linens. The main living area is open plan, flooded with natural light and overlooks the garden and pool area. In addition to the outdoor dining table the villa also offers an indoor dining area.

A local grocery store, bakery and laundry are all within walking distance. Look slightly further afield and you will find supermarkets in addition to endless restaurant choices in both Chaweng and Fisherman’s Village that cater for every budget. Hiring a car or scooter is easy on Koh Samui and Villa 959 offers private off-road parking.

The Villa is situated in a quiet residential side street, please respect my neighbours by keeping late-night noise to a minimum. Villa 959 accommodates a maximum of 4 people plus 1 infant. Only registered guests may stay overnight in the villa, registered guests are those who are included in your original booking and present at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed with the villa manager.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
