Private villa with 6-bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing cars. This villa is just in front of the Pinhal Golf Course, has a refreshing swimming pool and a good-sized garden. It has a lovely outdoor area, in particular the barbecue and outdoor dining areas.

There are 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in total, the configuration is as follow:

Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;

Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom with bathtub;

Ground Floor – WC;

1st Floor – Bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;

1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub;

1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower;

Basement – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower;

All the bedrooms have air conditioning;

A magnificent wooden door and a tastefully decorated hallway in shades of brown will be your starting point at this villa. We then move to the living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofas while enjoying the touch of sophistication provided by the unique decorative objects and quality furniture as well as enjoying the TV with English spoken channels and Internet access via Wi-Fi.

There is a dining area with a large glass table for dining inside and this whole room has French doors providing direct access to the garden and pool.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking for the whole family. Next to it, a small laundry room with a washing machine.

Down to the basement there’s a second living room with some sofas and another TV set, a games room equipped with a table tennis table, a pool table, a darts game and some fitness equipment like a treadmill and an abs bench, among others.

The outdoor area of this villa has a great garden with lawn, plants, flowers and some adults pine trees that provide a refreshing shade. The garden is even more enticing for golf lovers as it borders with one of the best golf courses, the Pinhal Golf Course.

The dark blue swimming pool has 9 meters in length by 4 meters wide and has an additional small roundish pool made shallow for the small children. By the pool there’s a wide range of outdoor equipment, from sun beds, a small table with sofa for an evening drink to the grand outdoor table under a wooden pergola. The table can be served by the existing charcoal BBQ next to it, complete with washbasin to help make the al-fresco experience run smoothly.

There’s a private carport with space for 2 cars inside the plot. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
