3 Keys Villa” as the name suggests is a villa with 3 exquisite bedrooms which is just apt for the close family or a bunch of friends who want to spend time together. This villa is over 30 years old but has all the modern conveniences included and the best part of it is its location in the most popular area of Nasik i.e. College Road.

Each of the 3 lovely bedrooms has superior quality king size double beds, made up with crisp white cotton linen. Fresh and fluffy towels are provided for all guests. The bedrooms are 'family' rooms which can sleep 2 and can have extra bedding when requested. The bedrooms have huge cupboards attached with an elegant dressing area. All the bedrooms have air conditioners and a personal television.

The kitchen comes fitted with all mod cons and is equipped for full self catering with a gas stove, microwave and fridge.

The adjacent dining room is home to a splendid large dining table with high backed dining chairs which ensures that the entire group sits together and has its meals along with endless chatting.

The lounge also comfortably seats 10 with large windows overlooking the garden where you can keep an eye on your kids enjoying their play in the garden.

Finally there is the garden; a lawn in the front section of the villa with garden table and chairs where you can enjoy a cup of tea in the early morning fresh air.

A 100 meter walk from the villa and you reach the most happening street of Nasik which is full of all brands of shopping labels, various eating joints and restaurants and even cinema hall.

Nasik has a lot of holy places to visit like Panchawati, Trimbakeshwar, Wani, Shirdi. The famous Sula Vineyards and the ancient Pandavlena caves, both are just over 15 minutes drive away and the Gargoti museum is only 30 minutes drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Three (the owner) a message.

If Three (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
