Alemar House is located in Barbati on the north east coast of Corfu surrounded by olive groves. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms.

This house is ideal for couples and families. The setting for this house takes your breath away, the sea views from the balcony and terrace are truly spectacular. Within 3 minutes walking distance of the beach.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: with double bed and large wardrobe, large sliding door to the balcony with sea views.

Bedroom 2: with two single beds and large wardrobe, sliding window with sea views.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom with shower WC and wash basin.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped Kitchen with freezer, fridge, grill, hob, iron and board, microwave, oven, toaster, ceramic four ring hob,washing machine, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Childs highchair, 4 dining area seating capacity.

Living Rooms:

Comfortable living room with double sofa and two arm-chairs, coffee table, flat screened TV with satellite and DVD / CD player. Large sliding door to the balcony with sea views. Kitchen area.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

A friendly cleaner looks after the cleaning two times weekly with the linen being changed weekly an towels two times. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

Outside:

Alemar House has balcony area and terrace with table and chairs for the outside eating area together with soft furnished seating for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view. So whether you wish to simply relax and enjoy the view, perhaps with a chilled glass of something delicious, or enjoy the opportunity for al fresco dining, this area is ideal at any time of day or evening.

The private pool with sun beds and umbrellas invite you to relax and enjoy hot summer days.

The wonderful sunbathing terrace with sunbeds and parasol and some natural shade from the overhanging olive trees, the area is not at all overlooked providing you with complete privacy.

Accessibility:

Guests with mobility issues may find this property unsuitable, as there are a number of steps to encounter from the car parking area to the villa. Once there, however, everything is on the same level and is the perfect spot for a quiet relaxing holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Konstantinos (the owner) a message.

If Konstantinos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
