You'll love the stroll to the stunning white sands of Middleton Bay and listening to the waves as you sleep. Maybe you just want to take your golf clubs and have a hit of golf as the club house is on your street.

Your beach villa has a FULLY SELF CONTAINED kitchen and laundry with all modern conveniences. All LINEN SUPPLIED, bedding, sheets, bath towels & tea towels. Just bring your food and condiments.

You will have THREE BEDROOMS.

A master bedroom, queen bed with your own TV/DVD and Foxtel and new renovated ensuite with walk in shower.

Two extra bedrooms with twin single beds in each room, one bedroom opening directly onto a private courtyard.

Your villa sleeping up to six people.

Newly renovated Bathroom is separate from the second toilet which is situated off the laundry. Your laundry is complete with washing machine & tumble drier, iron/iron board and drying rack.

ELDERLY FRIENDLY

Our villa is suitable for the Elderly with from a flat driveway and entrance when you arrive to grab rails in both showers and a shower chair for guest use (max weight 100kg). Showers have flat access with no Hob.

CHILD FRIENDLY

Your villa is FAMILY FRIENDLY with enclosed courtyard, high chair port-a-cot, kids table and chairs, plastic plates & cups and block out curtains (so everyone can sleep in), DVD player, Foxtel for kids.

Pack the kids bikes (and mum & dad's) so you can cycle along the cycle/walk path behind your villa and you could even bring a fishing rod so you can try your luck at catching something off the beach or local jetty's.

Relax in the fully enclosed courtyard with your own BBQ and outdoor setting.

PARKING

The villa can accommodate parking for two cars along with additional car/boat/trailer parking in a shared parking area for all villas to use.

This lovely villa is situated in Barry Court at the Albany Golf Club, only 100 meters from the Middleton Bay, mid way between the beautiful white sands of Middleton Beach and calm waters of Emu Point. Stroll or cycle your way along our walk/cycle trail just behind your villa.

Grab your golf clubs, we are two houses from the iconic Albany Golf Club.

Stroll over the sand dunes to the beautiful Middleton Bay or cycle/walk along the cycleway that follows the coast and takes you to the beautiful tranquil waters of Emu Point or head west to the gentle waves of Middleton Beach.

Why can't I call Sue (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sue (the owner) a message.

If Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
