Menas Retreat is a 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms home located in the gated community of Holland Estates. It conveniently sits 20 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) and 45 mins away from Ochio Rios. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests, boasts stainless steel appliances, hot water, air conditioning, and television sets in every room. There is access to cable TV, hundreds of free movies from Netflix and several other movie applications similar to Netflix. The house also has a washer and dryer as well as high speed internet.

You can also enjoy a host of cultural, heritage, and other adventurous attractions close to this location. For example: Rafting on the Martha Brae River, Craft market, Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival (end of Jan), The Good House Great House Tour, The Rose Hall Great House Tour, Chukka Tours (zip lining, trail rides etc), horse back riding, Swamp Safari, Glistening Water (swimming in a bio-luminescent lagoon at night), Falmouth Heritage and food tour, lots of white sandy beaches, and Montego Bay night life. Restaurants close by: Chill Out and Glistening Water restaurants

Holland Estate is a gated dynamic community that is comfortable, secure and peaceful. It is close to the historic city of Falmoth but far enough away from the town, so you can enjoy fresh cool breezes free from pollution. In Falmoth you can visit the town centre, restaurants, craft market, and view the cruise ships. Most important, there is a farmers market with lots of fresh produce including vegetables, fruits, and lots more.

Getting Around:

Access from the airport can be arranged if you wish or you can rent a car. Renting a car is recommended as it will afford access to all the wonderful attractions that Jamaica has to offer and makes getting around more convenient.

However, public transportation (route taxis or buses are available).

Absolutely no pets allowed

Absolutely no smoking in and in close proximity to the property

Do not wash garments which has sand in the washer. There is a wash receptacle available for such garments

To keep price affordable, turn off A/C units when not in use

Do not pour used cooking oil in the kitchen sink

Put garbage out on Mondays and Thursdays

Put used linen in linen baskets available

Remove all garbage from the house upon check out

Wash all used utensils upon check out
