The next level has a large dining area and balcony, a lounge with entertainment area and a gourmet kitchen. There are laundry facilities and two queen bedrooms each with an en-suite and private balcony. Also on this level, the king master bedroom with en-suite has a private lounge.
There is also another King bedroom with en-suite on the third level.

Pricing for this property is dependant on the number of bedrooms required and will be adjusted according to your requirements. A minimum of 4 bedrooms applies year round, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights however during peak season 5 nights is required.

The maximum occupancy at the villa overnight is strictly 18 guests, The villa has 2 fold out beds and 2 rollaway beds which are available to use at the rate of $50 per bed, per night. There are two portacots and highchairs available for use free of charge.
