Emberwood Lodge is an ultra luxe 7,000 square foot cabin offering accommodations to those that expect the absolute finest in amenities. Emberwood is among the largest private rentals in Winter Park, offering comfortable capacity for up to 36 guests in beds. Luxuriously furnished all new in 2017 you will find the property to be inviting and relaxing.

Emberwood offers grand entertaining spaces such as the great room with soaring ceilings, breath taking views of Byers Peak, and a dining table for 16 (plus space at the island, outdoor table and game table). An additional living room with barnwood ceilings and its own fireplace allows large groups the opportunity to spread out. A total of four decks one with a large hot tub, all with spectacular views affords plenty of outdoor living space.

A second kitchen also allows groups such as family reunions flexibility in dining. The home features a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, Two kitchens, a Great Room & Dining Area, Living Room, and a Game/Media Room. The basement bunk room offers 7 built in queen size bunk beds, a rec area, pinball and Foosball.

Located on a hillside above the Fraser River with unobstructed views of Byer's Peak the setting is as beautiful as it is convenient. The Safeway grocery store is located less than a mile down the street, and the free shuttle picks up about a 400 yards from the home with frequent access to Fraser, The Town of Winter Park and the Ski Resort.

Access to the Meadows Club is included. The Meadows Club includes a year round heated pool with amazing views. An outdoor hot tub (we also have our own hot tub on the lower deck of the Lodge side). The Meadows Club includes workout equipment, treadmill, etc. indoor racquetball, indoor basketball, a game area and sauna as well as an outdoor seasonal tennis courts. Please note that use of the Meadows Club should be limited to about six or eight guests at a time...do not overwhelm them with 36 people at once.

A free shuttle offers quick access to downtown Winter Park and the ski resort. Amtrak train service and rental cars are available, making it possible to fly into DIA and take the train to the property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
