Welcome to our home, in the prestigious Seven Isles neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale FL, a world-famous yachting capital known as The Venice of America.

This 11,000 square foot gated estate home on ¾ of an acre has seven bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms.

With a circular driveway, lush landscaping and fruit trees throughout the property, the entry to the property is spectacular.

The 2 story living room has marble floors, pecky Cypress accents, wrought iron railings, features a palatial gas fireplace, and has a window wall accessing a waterfront loggia along with direct access to a formal dining room…….. with sensational waterfront views from its large bay windows.

The combined family room and fully appointed chef’s kitchen includes and adjacent wine room. The kitchen includes granite counters, a six-burner Gaggenau gas range, 2 Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezers, 2 dishwashers and 2 large sinks.

The waterfront family room has a 400 gallon built-in aquarium, a Sonos surround-sound system, fully appointed bar, media room, breakfast room and desks in multiple rooms

Upstairs, the grand master suite with incredible views opens to a large waterfront balcony with a spiral staircase down to the living room loggia.

On the ground level there are four separate bedrooms, all with full baths and hardwood floors , that are connected to a central lounge area and laundry facilities. Each bedroom has gorgeous views of the waterway.

The spacious third floor mahogany paneled bedroom with hardwood floors offers commanding 360-degree vistas.

The loggia off of the living room offers a unique private entertainment area, and combined with the pool area.

The outdoor area includes a waterfall pool, cabana bath, summer kitchen, and gazebo bar that creates a resort-style outdoor entertainment venue.

The home is completely protected by impact windows and doors.

With approximately 315 feet of waterfront on the Middle River and Rio Barcelona, and quick access to the intracoastal with no fixed bridges, this home has unrivaled views, privacy, deep water, and yacht dockage.

The fine dining and shopping of Las Olas Boulevard, and Fort Lauderdale’s spectacular beaches are less than one mile away, and Fort Lauderdale –Hollywood International Airport is only 15 minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?
