From the owner

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and quiet away from the noise of the big avenues because of the situation that is, the historic town, which will only residents and authorized vehicles. It is important that if you intend to come home in your own car is we communicated to send data to the administration and to move freely in the area. The house is accessed via an outdoor patio overlooking pedestrian street where we can find typical neighborhood shops, tapas bars and restaurants as well as other sites of interest. The patio floor is composed of stones traditionally called "Chino Cordobés" originating in our city, as its name suggests. A patio surrounded by potted plants and flowers lit at night. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with fireplace, a toilet decorated with the Arab period in stairwell and a large Andalusian patio and kitchen with separate pantry. Both the lounge and the kitchen will find everything you need to feel at home because this has always been family use, so that it has all the cookware and utensils needed to allow full operation the House. In addition to the ground floor, the house has two more plants that are accessed via a staircase of hydraulic floor at the time. On the first floor we find a room with a bed large and comfortable bed and a bathroom with shower. On this floor we can find another room with two single beds and an indoor bathroom also fully equipped with shower. All rooms and furniture are almost new housing because this is practically newly built. In both rooms we can find wardrobes, bedside tables and restored and in perfect condition antique furniture. The master bedroom has a balcony with wooden beams and a closure with leaded windows overlooking patio overlooking the entrance of the house. Finally, on the third floor of the house is an attic room with two beds, wardrobes and other furniture, as well as a roof that allows clotheslines or have a space to take the air. This room and the downstairs have desks to use computers, read or work quietly. Finally, it offers optional guests request the use during the stay in the apartment is a private parquin which have a minute's walk of the apartment, which we recommend due to the area in which it is the home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANA (the owner) a message.

If ANA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
