Casa Miguel cozy apartment on 2nd floor with terrace and private parking. Located in a traditional neighborhood, where dominoes are still being played on the street, it's safe. 10 min. House has air conditioning (two bedrooms), WiFi, hot water, cabel TV, fans, electricity 24h, gas, clean sheets and towels, free cleaning once a week. Practically furnished kitchen. Sockets suitable for EU / US plugs. Host available 24 hours. Property is well lit. Terrace with relaxing chairs, you can sometimes hear birds singing in the morning while you enjoy a cup of coffee and the first sun catches your breakfast to start the day in a relaxed way. Master room with air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, private bathroom, wardrobe and dressing table. Second room with air conditioning, ceiling fan and large wardrobe, adjoining bathroom. Third room * simple, has a ceiling fan and a double bed. Kitchen ready for use with pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, sandwich maker, oven, refrigerator and all other necessities. Clean linen is ready for you and is changed once a week. In our neighborhood, DeliveryRD (app) with 30 restaurants to choose from is free. The supermarket, pharmacy and small shops also deliver free at home from a bottle of water to a bag full of groceries! Uber is within 3 minutes to take you to a chosen location (trip within Santo Domingo USD4 / 7 (oneway). The bus stop of Omsa is 500m from home, we recommend that you book a car rental in advance. At the start of our street is a local rent car if you want to rent a car afterwards In the neighborhood there are 3 supermarkets Bravo, Ole and Garrido a taxi ride to the supermarket is approximately USD3.50 It can be quite hot to carry this distance with heavy bags Supermarket Ole has a buffet with hot and cold meals, more choice between 11:30 and 12:30 in the afternoon. * Third bedroom (reserve) has a double bed and a ceiling fan, no air conditioning. be made available to you for a surcharge upon request.

Nice family house in a piecefull neighbourhood. Wifi, hot water and all the normal facilities. Fausto is also very helpfull.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ramona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
