We proudly offer our owned property, this apartment Prime location in peaceful residential Fornaci district, St. Peters Basilica and the Vatican are 10 minutes walking.

The apartment is very well organized and completely restored in February 2022.

Going down 11 steps there is the private entrance to the house. Upon entering we find a large living room complete with sofa bed and smart TV, with adjoining dining table, full kitchen with everything needed for cooking (pots, pan, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher).

Both the living room and the kitchen part overlook a private courtyard. There are four double bedrooms (in one there is also a single sofa bed.

The 3 bathrooms (one of which is in the bedroom) are complete.

Air conditioning free WiFi.

The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Small minimarkets are a 2-minute walk away. Crossing Piazza San Pietro you reach Piazza Risorgimento from where Via Cola di Rienzo, renowned for its shopping.

The check-in time is from 16:00. at 20.00 After 20:00, check-in costs € 30.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival; after 22:00 check-in costs € 50.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival; Check-out must take place before 10.00 to allow for a thorough cleaning of the house. The first set of sheets (towels and sheets) is included in the price, further changes must be requested with adequate notice and cost € 15 per person.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cecilia (the owner) a message.

If Cecilia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
