The wide spaces, the light, the furnishings and the privileged view of one of the city's wonders will make you fall in love at first glance.

Not far from some of the most beautiful monuments and areas of the city (Basilica di San Pietro, Campo de Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, the Gianicolo Hill, Trastevere).

In the district it is still breathes an air of town where people, kind and friendly, knows each other and gather every morning at the bar to enjoy in the shade of linden trees a good coffee with croissants. Small workshops glassblowing shoemakers and butchers are alongside modern supermarkets and tourist services such as bike rental.

Do not miss the essential services such as post office and banks.

In less than 5 minutes from the apartment you can easily reach the bus stops 46 and 64 crossing both around the city center (Piazza Navona, Campo de 'Fiori, Pantheon, largo Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Termini)

less than one hundred meters is rather the terminus of bus 34 to Piazza Cavour from where you can also walk to other places of interest such as the Ara Pacis, Via del Corso and Piazza del Popolo, or do some shopping in the elegant shops of Prati.

The San Pietro train station connects the area to all the main stations of the city (Tiburtina Termini, and the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino).

Why can't I call Massimiliano (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Massimiliano (the owner) a message.

If Massimiliano (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
