Majestic villa II is a two-storey villa which can accomodate up to 9 guests. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a common bathroom and an open-plan space for the living room, dining area and kitchen. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a view of the sea, a dining area and a kitchen. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a private bathroom, the second with two single beds and private bathroom and the third with a single bed. All rooms are air-conditionioned and have direct access to large balconies with a sea view.

The living room has a 32 inch TV, DVD and CD player, radio, WiFi internet connection, a laptop and a small library. Villa a is fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dish-washer, coffee-maker, toaster, juicer and boiler. It also has washing machine, clothes iron, safe box, hairdryer, first aid kit, baby cot and seat.

Outside, there is a private 40 sq.m swimming pool and a mini-golf. The surrounding area is covered with olive groves. The private garden of the villa comprises of a parking area, a lawned area and a covered with wooden pergola area, where the barbecue and a garden dining set is found. The pool is surrounded by sun beds and parasols for relaxing moments admiring the panoramic view. The lawned area is a perfect place for children to play, as there are swings. They will also enjoy our private mini-golf. Free airport transfer is provided from Chania airport to the villa.

Agia Marina in Chania, is one of the largest touristy resort of Western Crete and its located about 12 km from Chania town, 23 km from the airport and 17km from Souda port. Agia Marina is built along a beautiful sandy beach and it is located on the main coastal road. Agia Marina has everything all kind of accommodations from luxury quality hotels with excellent services, complexes to simple, family owned rooms for rent to simple rooms, lots of restaurants and many bars, clubs a big variety of night life. You can warm yourself with the Cretan sun and local hospitality!

Lots of restaurants, Greek taverns, bars, clubs and shops can be found in Agia Marina. Agia Marina has an interesting nightlife and a peaceful village atmosphere at the same time! In Agia Marina village you can warm yourself with the Cretan sun and local hospitality. Agia Marina is one of the most well known villages in the region of the western Crete, where you can find 3 kilometres long sandy beach. The beach is very well organized, with sun beds, umbrellas, showers and lifeguards. The sea of Agia Marina has shallow waters ideal for children and the coast consists of fine sand. The waters are crystal clear and warm.

It is always recommended to follow the instructions of the lifeguards. The beach of Agia Marina is one of the most cosmopolitan beaches of Crete. Opposite the beach of Agia Marina is located the protected island of St. Theodore, where lives the Cretan goat. The small island is not accessible. In Agia Marina beach there are several water sport activities like beach volleyball, windsurfing, Kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and many others.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
