Past the secure electric gates and over the moat, the renowned Bouvard Island of Mandurah presents a Mediterranean inspired setting of luxury and exclusivity that will leave an impression that guests have travelled to Port Grimaud on the French Riviera.

The beautifully appointed villa is striking on entry with marble flooring and an abundance of light past the sliding white plantation shutters that captures guests with immediate water views. The kitchen features stone bench-tops with stainless-steel appliances and plenty of cupboard space. A large outdoor, tiled and shaded sail terrace presents countless BBQ and entertainment opportunities to take full advantage of the canal lifestyle.

Villa Port Grimaud also comes with its own powered private floating pontoon jetty and private exclusive mooring, so feel free to bring your boats and Jet Ski’s along! On offer is water sports, crabbing, crayfish, plenty of fishing options, squidding or simply cruising and Dolphin spotting in this pristine water environment, we even provide you with some kayaks to explore the island and crab nets to drop off the jetty!

Villa Port Grimaud comfortably accommodates everything from a couple’s dream getaway, to business trips and executive team getaways, to family and friend groups of up to 14 guests with an additional 2 Toddlers (Portacots available). This 4 level villa is comprised of four bedrooms in total, with three bedrooms having canal views and the fourth bedroom having views of the meticulously manicured garden courtyard – a perfect area for kids and adults alike to play. All of the bedrooms also have their own balconies with settings to take in the views. Furthermore, perfect for accommodating those larger groups, there are 3.5 bathrooms in total, consisting of 4 toilets, 3 showers and a bath, as well as a fully equipped laundry.

This is an amazing canal villa and while we are keen for guests to enjoy themselves we would appreciate it being enjoyed sensibly.

Amenities include: board games, multiple TV with gaming consoles, Kayaks, Crabbing gear, BBQ facility, all fresh clean linen provided, fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine and FREE UNLIMITED WIFI WITH NETFLIX!

Villa can sleep up to 14 guests + 2 toddlers. (4 bedrooms: 3 Queen Size Beds + 2 Single Bunks + 2 Portacots + Double Sofa Bed + 2 single airbeds can be set-up upon request)

Prices are quoted for up to 6 guests, with prices starting from 300 per night (weekday) and 450 (weekend). Additional guests stay at 50 per person per night (weekday) and 75 (weekend). MAXIMUM 14 GUESTS + 2 TODDLERS (Infants under 2 stay free with 2 Portacots available)

Why can't I call Geoff & Bec (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Geoff & Bec (the owner) a message.

If Geoff & Bec (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
