What makes our apartments so special, as expressed by many of our cherished tenants, is our eagerness to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. We have also been highly commended for the swift manner with which we respond to our guests' requests.
We leased the building in March, 2016, and have since refurbished the whole place and revamped the security features to make the property more comfortable and secure for our guests.
Right now we have installed an access control device at the main entrance to the apartment and every guest is issued an RFID card to enter the building with. We also have a night security guard for added protection.
We provide daily cleaning and checking of amenities to ensure that everything is working properly. We also change your towels and bed sheets every 3 days; we can also do your personal laundry for you at an extra small fee.
Furthermore, we provide a shuttle service which you can take advantage of to get around town with. Not forgetting our reliable room service which delivers everything you want to you right at home.
I'm Jonathan Dodoo and I'm responsible for managing the apartments and making sure everything is working properly and all our Tenants are comfortable.
I live on site so you can contact me anytime of the day to attend to your needs. I have over 4 years experience in Property Management and have a very dedicated team who are poised to solve every problem that may come our way.
My boss, Mad. Kadija, also lives in one of the apartments so you can imagine how promptly we will attend to your calls.
I also have a good knowledge of the area and the best places of interest to share with you, so if you want somewhere to eat the best local dish around, for instance, I'd refer you to Buka restaurant, and Lolonyo is also very well known for serving tasty grilled Tilapia.
