This refurbished modern apartment is situated in the sought after area of Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen. A few minutes walk from the golden sandy beach, sea front promenade and Matagorda Commercial Centre where you will find an array of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

You can also hire all kinds of bicycles in this nearby Commercial Centre to explore the vast expanse of beach and immense sea front promenade which are just below the restaurants.

The modern Kitchen is open planned with gloss finish cupboards. There is an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee pot. Overlooking the lounge is a breakfast bar with 4 x black leather swivel bar stools.

Lounge consists of large leather sofa, flat screen TV with IPTV and all the popular UK channels, WIFI, DVD with a small selection of DVD’s.

Bedroom has king size 160cm x 200m bed, fitted double wardrobes, bedside tables and mirror.

Bathroom with large luxury walk-in double headed shower, twin washbasin, washing machine, mini ironing board, iron and hairdryer are supplied for your use.

Terrace is south facing with table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds for those of you who are sun worshippers. There is also a large gated communal pool on the development with a kiddies splash pool for those with small children.

A cot & highchair can also be provided upon request.

Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided but you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

WIFI is free with this apartment.

Why can't I call RACHEL (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send RACHEL (the owner) a message.

If RACHEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
