The Paternostro Estate is a farm that stretches for 31 hectares to the northwest of Vetralla. It produces extra virgin olive oil DOP Tuscia from about 250 plants and hay for their horses, and also has a allevatoria activity in which there are eight thoroughbred horses. The perimeter of the estate there is a riding track along about 1800 meters consists of a track in ten large grass flanked by a dirt now used rather as jogging path. There are also some country obstacles and a field used as stables. The estate is easily identifiable from a distance by the hair of two majestic pine files that line the driveway. From the town of Vetralla, namely from the medieval church of San Francesco, which is at its entrance from the north side, is about 5 km. Vetralla is at the center of that area between the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Tiber valley which was the southern Etruria, now called Tuscia and substantially identified with the province of Viterbo. A territory punctuated not only by important vestiges of the Etruscan civilization, in towns such as Tarquinia (UNESCO site for its famous tomb paintings), Vulci, Tuscania, Cerveteri, Viterbo, but also rich countries and historic towns that contain entire medieval quarters, ancient churches, castles, towers, monuments, Renaissance and baroque palaces, famous gardens like those of Bagnaia, Bomarzo with its sculptural "monsters", Vignanello and Marturanum park near Blera; precious Roman antiquities such as theater Ferento at Viterbo or to Sutri where the summer there are shows that are the destination of many Italian and foreign visitors. The house is situated in a panoramic position as the eye can let it go look in the green through a landscape from almost African charm, dotted with ancient trees and framed by opulent woodlands. The view is spectacular because it spans almost 360 degrees from the village of Vetralla with its great cathedral, in Viterbo with Cimini mountains, Montefiascone and Tuscania in the distance. The interior of the house offers furnishings that reflect the eclectic taste of the owner and combine furniture and design elements of the '50s with antique pieces such as fireplaces and commode, ethnic carpets with Persian rugs, a piano centennial exquisite sound and drums Mexicans. On all dominates a piece "unique": the large table made from an age-old fossil tree of New Zealand. The kitchen is complete with modern-art appliances. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 suites / different rooms: two on the ground floor, both composed of living room, bedroom and bathroom (39 sqm each); while on the first floor there is a master suite with fireplace, wardrobe and a bathroom (42 square meters), a large corner room with a bathroom (24 square meters) and finally a last two-story suite (39mq), which can accommodate up 4 people.
