The outdoor balcony leads to the propertys distinctive pool, built at a raised level to maximise the views while you swim.
The outdoor area is also equipped with an outdoor shower, sunbathing deck and outdoor toilet.
Viewpoint offers fully ducted air-conditioning throughout, with controls in each bedroom and living area.
The house boasts a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with a six-ring gas stove and oven, plus a dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge/freezer.
The house is equipped with sufficient crockery, cookware and utensils to allow you to prepare gourmet dinners for a group.

The distance to Airlie Beach is approximately 3kms reached via the main road in private transport, the public bus system or a lovely stroll around the foreshore and Abell Point Marina.
