This house is in the heart of Brighton center, close to everything you could possibly want when you visit this city!

With the added bonus of being on a quiet, cul-de-sac street.

Shopping and retail therapy are a stone's throw away in fact within 2 minutes walk - Brighton has the major high street retailers plus an excellent variety of independent and quirky shops.

Cafes, bars, restaurants, and pubs - there are so many to choose from! Whether you want fine dining (try The Salt Rooms) (one minute walk) , dancing all night (try Coalition down on the beach),( 2 minutes walk) live music (check out Concorde 2 along Madeira Drive) or comedy (it has to be Komedia in the North Laine) - it's all within walking distance.

The seafront - just a minute walk from the sea, you can quickly reach the beach for sunbathing or swimming, Brighton Pier within 3 minutes walk for fish and chips and slot machines, numerous bars and cafes with great sea views or stroll along the beach to the impressive British Airways i360 which is within 2 minutes walk.

We are also extremely close to the Brighton Centre for conferences and exhibitions (1-minute walk) and very near to the main hotels along the seafront including The Grand and The Hilton Metropole.

The property also offers an additional toilet which is located on the ground floor.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Valerie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
