The apartment is located in the historic center of Cascais, 5 minutes from the beach.

Please mind this apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars and there is a night club in the basement of the building. Despite the apartment has double glazzed you can have some street noise.

It is located on the 3rd floor, the building has no elevator.

The whole apartment is air conditioned for your total comfort throughout the year.

When you enter the apartment the view will leave you breathless. Behind the roofs of the typical houses of Cascais you can see and marvel at the view of Cascais Bay with its calm and deep blue waters.

The living room is spacious, with a sitting area and a dining area. The perfect place to relax enjoying the view, reading a book or watching TV. There is a TV with international channels and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The living room also has a fireplace that will make your winter evenings even more comfortable and romantic.

The apartment has two bedrooms both with AC. One bedroom has a king size bed (160x200) and a closet. Decorated in soft tones will make you feel at home. The other bedroom has two single beds (90x200) and a wardrobe and is decorated with marine motifs that remind you of the proximity of the sea.

The bathroom is spacious and complete with a large walk-in shower. Towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and hair dryer included.

There is also a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your home-cooked meals. It has a fridge, hob and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender.

You can also enjoy an outdoor terrace with table and chairs and parasol as well as a barbecue to make your outdoor meals in total privacy.

This house is located in a region near the Sintra - Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of outstanding beauty.

It’s located in the center of Cascais, 2 minutes walking distance from all its shopping and local trade, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast, the Marina and Cascais Naval Club.

It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, the Guincho’s beach, internationally known by surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and now more recently the paddle surfing lovers.

It’s also about 10 minutes by car from Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf courses in the area, bounded by green pines.

For the equestrian arts lovers, it’s also available the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a full gym with tennis and paddle.

Within 5 km are the Estoril Congress Centre, the Casino Estoril and the Estoril Autodrome.

Lisbon is located only 30-40 minutes by car or public transports.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
