Primeramente comentar que en el momento de recepción del chalet,me encuentro con una imagen aterradora: el marco de la tele en el suelo, el mando de la tv tirado sin pilas,los sofás movidos de sitio y las fundas quitadas,fichas de las damas y del parchís, que son juegos de mesa que tenemos a disposición de nuestros clientes, desperdigados por TODA la casa, y faltan casi todas.... Los cd's de la videoconsola que igualmente ponemos a disposición de nuestros huéspedes así como unos micrófonos métodos en cajones distintos.... Inmediatamente llamo por teléfono al "cliente" preguntándole si había pasado algo, ya que parecía que había habido una pelea en el interior de nuestro establecimiento, a lo que me contesta que no, que no sabe nada... Mientras tanto, en la planta superior, la encargada de limpieza,Isabel, me comenta que en la vida hacia visto cosa igual: las camas cambiadas de sitio, la cuna en otra habitación, rollos de papel higiénico vacíos por toda la habitación, colillas debajo de las camas, así como bolsitas de color blanco en medio de la ropa de cama... pañales sucios tirados en el baño, zapatillas y ropa de bebé... En ese momento, ya me doy cuenta que realmente el "cliente" por llamarle de alguna manera, carece de educación y respeto por el bien ajeno... No acabamos de salir de nuestro asombro cuando pasamos a La Cocina y encuentro basura por TODA La Cocina, una empanada dentro de un armario, pan metido en los cajones, fuentes y ollas llenas de comida encima de la encimera... El día de entrada el "cliente" refiere que l nevera de La Cocina no enfría, a lo que en cuestión de 30 min me presento en el chalet, para tratar de solventar ese asunto, y compruebo que la nevera no sólo enfría, sino que ya está creando escarcha en la parte trasera y la tienen al máximo( todo lo que hay en el interior), está frío. No contento con esto, se Toma la osadía de encender una nevera decorativa(año 1952) que tenemos a modo de decoración en La Cocina.... En ese momento, ya me di cuenta que nos habíamos equivocado aceptando esta reserva.... volviendo al día de recepción, recordamos que sólo estuvo 2 noches, me encuentro la piscina casi vacía.... inmediatamente me dispongo a llenarla y llamo al fontanero, que viene en servicio de URGENCIA, ya que es Domingo..... Una vez llega, y estando yo en el interior, tratando de recomponer todo Este desbarajuste, me llama el fontanero y me comenta que el motivo de la pérdida de la piscina, se debe a una llave de 1 pulgada y media que hay en la caseta del motor de la piscina, que es la que de abre únicamente para vaciar la piscina, por lo que el cliente, en otro alarde de osadía, abrió la llave de vaciado de la piscina, y no contento con esto, abre diferentes estaciones del riego del césped.... Resultado: avisado booking.com, que no quiero este tipo de clientes más para nuestro establecimiento....

How do damage deposits work?
