LUXURY PREMIUM DUPLEX APARTMENT - Set in the quiet yet busy beautiful beach resort of Calis, this Forest Valley luxury Apartment is a ground floor duplex set in a five unit complex standing in prime position and just a 20 minute walk from the beach. The apartment has easy access to all amenities including the local weekly market and many excellent restaurants for eating out. Fethiye which boast a fabulous bay protected by a ring of 12 islands with its own port and harbour is only a ten minute bus ride away by the Dolmus which passes by the apartment every 30 mins. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comprises of an open planned kitchen/Lounge with full cooking facilities, fridge freezer and washing machine and its own fresh drinking water dispenser (with cooler), it boasts a flat screen TV/DVD and the room is lovely and bright with three balconies. There are two bedrooms , one double and one twin (with cot facilities - must be requested) each leading out onto their own private balcony, five balconies in all, each with fantastic views and a built in BBQ on the main balcony overlooking the large pool. There is one fully tiled bathroom with shower and a built in hallway cupboard with a built in safe for your valuables. The complex is private and is one of the few complex's if not the only one in Calis that benefits from 24 hour CCTV security. FREE Wi-fi is also available - THIS APARTMENT COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ashley (the owner) a message.

If Ashley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
