Elegant Apartment in the Historical Center of Rome

This beautiful apartment is located in a strategic position between Colisseum (just 15 minutes on foot), Termini Station (just 10 minutes on foot), S. Giovanni (just 15 minutes on foot) and S. Maria Maggiore (just 10 minutes on foot).

The location of the apartment allows you to reach the most importan site of Rome just walking!

Are you a little lazy? There is no problem!

The Apartment is very well connected with METRO. The metro stop is just 5 minutes on foot from the apartment.

There are also many bus stops near the apartment.

Termini Station is just 10 minutes on foot. If you arrive by plane you can just take the train untill Termini station and than it is just a little walk.

- Apartment composition.

The apartment is located in a beautiful 1800 palace with a spacious inner courtyard with many beautiful plantsat the entrance of the buildinf. The palace is very quite.

The apartment is very large (70 m2) and confortable.

The Entrance onpens onto a very spacious LIVING ROOM (26 m2). It is a very sunny room with 2 windows. There is a table for 4 people, a TV 40", a double sofà bed and a sofà.

From the living room a corridor will bring you to the other rooms.

At the end of the corridor there is the BED ROOM.

It is a very confortable and elegant room. It is sunny and spacious (26 m2). There is a double bed with anallergic mattress and a large wardrobe.

The apartment has also a fully furnished and equipped kitchen.

There is a refrigerator, a freezer, a gass stove, an owen, an italian coffee maker, an american cofFee maker and all the kitchenware.

The bathroom is very confortable, there is bath tube.

This apartment is very good for family and small groups of friends.

After a lond day exploring Rome, there is nothing better than a confortable and very quite apartment

Hot water and heating are automatic, there is free WiFi and air conditioning.

There is the possibility to add a baby crib on request, it is free.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angelo (the owner) a message.

If Angelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
