Enjoy the serenity of cottage life in the Kawartha's. Located in Fenelon Falls on Sturgeon Lake. This large well maintained waterfront cottage features 3 bedrooms, 4 piece bathroom, Large living room and 3 season Sunroom as well as a secondary 2 piece bathroom. Cottage has central air conditionning. Wake up and have your morning coffee at waters edge. Spend your day playing in the water or soaking up the sun on the lovely large deck. Take the kids on a peaceful canoe ride ! Great Lake for swimming, fishing and any watersports. Enjoy the tranquil nights gazing at the stars or keeping cozy by the fire pit at the waters edge. Canoe available to use.

For the avid Fishermen, several species of fish can be found on this lake such as Bass (largemouth and smallmouth), Muskie, Pickerel, Perch

Sofa in the living room is a pull out couch for extra sleeping accomodations. Fridge, Stove, Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender and all the essentials in the fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished. There is a boat launch at end of road and marina nearby. You must bring your own linens, toiletries.

This cottage is close to all amenities, many great Restaurants, Sobeys grocery, Tim Hortons, LCBO, Beer Store, Public Beach. All within 3KM of the cottage

Mid June to mid Sept weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately noise tends to carry a little more across water as oppose to a place inland. It is our expectation that the cottage is left in the clean manner of which it was found upon arrival (as per our rental agreement). Prior to your arrival, a large group did not respect the fact that this is not a housekeeping cottage, leaving an excessive mess on the entire property. This was a unique situation, as our valued guests typically leave the cottage as clean as they have found it. We do have a maintenance person check the cottage between each weekly rental to ensure that it is clean and ready for immediate occupancy. We pride ourselves in providing a comfortable and clean cottage for families to enjoy. The light haze in living room windows is in between the panes of glass, and cannot be removed. The only remedy for such is to replace the entire window. This 3 bedroom cottage has a large sunroom with a pull out couch that can be used for additional sleeping space if needed, or simply as an extra sitting area or family games area. We sincerely apologize if your stay did not meet your expectations. We have several guests who enjoy their summer holidays with us, many of which make our cottage their destination of choice each year. Steve Lavoie (Cottage Owner)

Why can't I call Zoltrigroup (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zoltrigroup (the owner) a message.

If Zoltrigroup (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
