Si trova a Fermo, nelle Marche, a 3 km dal mare e 40 dai monti Sibillini.

Il centro città dista 3 km

Posta su una collina di ulivi illuminata dal sole per tutta la giornata, la camera con bagno privato è di fronte al giardino al piano terra di una tipica casa colonica marchigiana del 1814 ristrutturata.

La camera ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto matrimoniale, un armadio, un tavolo con 4 sedie, frigorifero con congelatore, fornetto a microonde, moka elettrica, un fornello ad induzione, lavandino ed è riscaldata con una stufa a pellet (fornito) e/o condizionatore. Il bagno completo con doccia e bidet è adatto ai disabili.

L'entrata è autonoma con parcheggio coperto riservato davanti all'ingresso.

L'intera area è recintata con ingresso da strada privata.

IL PREZZO NON COMPRENDE LA COLAZIONE.

E' concesso l'uso della piscina dei proprietari (3x7, profondità 1,20) ma non vengono forniti asciugamani per la piscina ed è vietato utilizzare quelli della camera. I minori devono essere vigilati da un adulto e verranno addebitati eventuali danni per uso improprio.

Il prezzo comprende gli asciugamani, la biancheria da letto, la pulizia finale, la carta igienica, i prodotti bagno e per la pulizia. Per prenotazioni superiori a 7 giorni c'è un cambio biancheria da effettuare autonomamente (troverete i set di ricambio dentro l'armadio della camera), Non si effettuano pulizie durante il soggiorno ma in camera ci sono i prodotti per l'igiene.     How do damage deposits work?
