Magnificent, modern villa with a heatable swimming pool, situated just 100 meters from Pintadinho beach, and offering an astonishing ocean view. The fisherman village of Ferragudo, with its lovely fish restaurants, is localised only 1 km away and there are many lovely beaches, such as Caneiros and Praia Grande at a small walking distance over the cliffs. Perfect accomodation for a relaxed holiday near the sea.

Inside: A spacious and light living room and open kitchen occupies the lower level of this beautiful property. Large windows offer views of the ocean, the patio and the terrace. The living rooms has a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is provided with every luxury you need. Next to the living room is a cozy TV room with a sleeping sofa. This room can be turned into an extra bedroom for one adult or 2 children. There is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry area and a small office corner with TV.

The 3 airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with big windows offering an amazing view off the ocean. It has its own private balcony with seating area and also a window with view over the swimming pool. Right next to it is a bathroom with shower. The two remaining bedrooms have two single beds, big closets and windows with view over the typical portuguese landscape.They share a bathroom with shower. The hall on the first floor gives access to an extra roof terrace with an amazing view over the ocean and the beach of Praia da Rocha and the algarvian coastline. Perfect to have a glass of wine and relax on the lounge area while enjoying from the beautiful portuguese sunset.

Outside: The heatable swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden deck, with sun lounges and seating area with comfortable sofas. On the other side of the villa, next to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a dining table, a barbecue and a ping pong table. The perfect place to have a lovely al fresco meal. There is also a large patio with private parking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
