The house, called Rio Cimeiro House, is a dwelling located in the village of Rio Cimeiro, parish of Dornes, county of Ferreira do Zêzere, district of Santarém.

It consists of two floors; on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double bed, one with three single beds, a living room and a bathroom with bathtub; on the ground floor there is the dining room, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The housing is available for rental at weekends and holidays, with capacity to accommodate up to 10 people (adults, teenagers and children).

All guests have access to the kitchen for meal preparation, in which all necessary equipment is available, from a vitro-ceramic cooker to food processor.

The property is located in a quiet village, with few inhabitants, without any kind of commerce or public transport, so a private car is necessary for traveling. Access to the property is easy, being possible to park in the village or even close to the house. The Zêzere River is about 200 to 300 meters in a straight line, whose waters are calm and of good temperature, however there is no "fluvial beach" area, so anyone who uses the river should take all precautions, both with adults who do not know how to swim and especially with children, since there is not any type of surveillance.

The small village has no shops or public transports, thus a private car is necessary to go around. The baker arrives everyday in the morning with fresh bread. The grocer twice a week with basic groceries. Fresh meat and fresh fish can be bought in two different villages about 15 km eash way (Ferreira do Zezere or Cernache do Bonjardim). Guests can go swimming, mountain walking, canoing in Dornes (5 km). Resturants are available in Vale Serrão (2 km) and in Dornes (5 km).
