INSHORE is a Stylish, Modern, Luxury Villa with a large, well secluded, private swimming pool is surrounded by well-tended​ gardens with palm trees, various fruit trees and many Mediterranean flowering plants.

The villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms each with independent air-conditioning units and accommodates up to six people.

On the first floor, 2 king-size bedrooms, one having a bath as well as a shower.

The very spacious super king-size Double / Twin bedded room (Zip & Link) occupies the entire 2nd floor and has a shower bathroom and a small terrace with panoramic mountain views and glimpses of the sea. The washing machine is tucked away up here.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room overlooking the pool and gardens. It has a smart TV with UK channels and a well-equipped​ kitchen offering integrated appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave,induction hob and dishwasher), all cooking utensils and tableware.

Free super-fast wi-fi is provided throughout the property.

INSHORE is about 150 meters from the beautiful Koca Calis beach with its restaurants and bars overlooking the famous turquoise Aegean sea. The cooling breeze here gives you a particularly comfortable bathing experience in the summer heat and it’s the perfect place to watch the spectacular sunsets which are world renowned. You may remember Koca Calis Beach from the James Bond film Skyfall.

INSHORE provides peace and calm with its ideal residential location but you are still only 15 mins walking distance from all bars, restaurants, clubs and shops that Calis promenade offers.

The Taxi rank across the road offers a 24 hrs service and the Dolmus (mini-bus) a frequent service into Fethiye Centre.

Also, the world famous Blue Lagoon (Olu Deniz) ancient Livissi Village (Ghost Town), Saklikent Gorge (Hidden City) and many more attractions are a short drive away.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Timothy (the owner) a message.

    If Timothy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
