This traditional farm cottage on a working dairy farm in Filleigh sleeps eight people in three bedrooms.Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a traditional farm cottage, attached to the owners' thatched Devon farmhouse, on a working dairy farm in Filleigh near South Molton and can sleep eight people. There's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, a second floor family room with a double bed and two single beds. A separate first floor basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and two swings. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture, and two swings. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside. Please note: This property is solely a holiday let so does not accept worker parties.

Town: The small village of Filleigh is set in North Devon, near South Molton. The Castle Hill Estate, a Grade I listed park and gardens which are occasionally open to the public, owns much of the land that surrounds Filleigh. Set just on the edge of Exmoor, this is an ideal base for those looking for picturesque walks in this beautiful area.
