Piccolo borgo di cinque famiglie. Mansarda dotata di una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (due letti singoli anche separabili), un sofà letto in sala (140 cm x 190 cm) e un quinto letto sofà (è possibile aggiungere un sesto letto). Uso cucina.

E' situata nell'entroterra Finalese, meraviglioso luogo ricco di valori naturalistici, storici ed archeologici dove praticare sport outdoor e a 10 km dalla costa. Il posto è tranquillo e nel verde, ideale per rilassarsi. È a 20 minuti di auto dal mare e dalle palestre di roccia e 150 falesie e 4000 vie per free-climber. Panorama sui boschi e con mare a fondovalle. Finale rappresenta una ricca formazione rocciosa conosciuta in tutta Europa.

Automobile: necessaria, parcheggio pochi metri da casa. Possibilità di ricovero biciclette.

La casa è in collina, 250 m di altitudine, dista 5 km da Calice Ligure, dove vi sono servizi come banca, farmacia, supermercati, pizzerie, ristoranti, veterinario e 10 km da Finale Ligure e dalle spiagge, sia libere sia attrezzate.

Numerosi i paesi di interesse turistico da visitare: Finalborgo, Varigotti, Verezzi, Noli. Il territorio offre la possibilità di coniugare il mare con l'entroterra delizioso. Escursioni naturalistiche, passeggiate, i sentieri offrono soluzioni adatte a tutte le età. Per gli amanti del mare le escursioni all'Area protetta dell'Isola Gallinara e Bergeggi permetteranno di osservare le bellezze dei fondali e del relitto della nave romana scoperta nel '50.

Innumerevoli le attività sportive: arrampicata, vela, tennis, mountain-bike, equitazione.

In giornata è possibile raggiungere la Francia con le sue meravigliose località: Nizza, Montecarlo, Monaco.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrizia (the owner) a message.

    If Patrizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
