Villa Finiki has 2 floors (both 65m2) with separate entrance, downstairs for 4 people and upstairs for 6 people, in full rental for 8-10 people. There is a cot available for a child up to 3 years old. The villa (1 of 7) is located just next to the village of Finiki. Finiki is located between the picturesque villages of Methoni (5 km) and Finikounda (8 km). The villa is 2.5 km from Lambes beach, with 2 beach clubs, 1 of them even with a swimming pool, and water sports center. The ground floor has 1 bedroom (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) with a double bed. In the living room (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) is a sofa bed for 2 people. The open kitchen (with ceiling fan) is fully equipped (see description), on the terrace is an open kitchen. The bathroom has a bath / shower and a washing machine. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms (both with air conditioning and ceiling fans). One bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have doors to a terrace. In the living room (with air conditioning and ceiling fan) is a sofa bed for 2 people and equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors give access to a large terrace with a beautiful view. There is a fully fitted open kitchen. In the back garden is a lounge area with jacuzzi, solar shower, fireplace and BBQ. This can be used if you fully rent the villa or just the ground floor. Since Finiki is uphill there is a beautiful view; on the south / east side valley-sea view, on the north side you look at the olive groves. Especially suitable for anyone who loves peace and the real Greece. If you have ever been to Messinia you will naturally become addicted; it is so beautiful there, actually indescribable; you have to see it, experience it, feel it, experience it ... Wake up to the sound of the birds, breakfast in peace, without the sound of cars and enjoy ...!

Why can't I call Conny (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Conny (the owner) a message.

If Conny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
