Soulmate by the Sea apartment is perched high up the mountain with breathtaking sea views of False Bay, home to the mighty great white shark. Surrounded by Nature, this 2 bedroom modern apartment offers a great escape filled with tranquility.

Soulmate by the sea is the name of our beautiful 3 storey home situated below Elsies Peak, just outside Fish Hoek, South Africa, which is 40mins from Cape Town central. Not a single person ever comes here without being awestruck by our views. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own private entrance. Peace and tranquility in our neighborhood makes this apartment perfect for those wishing to escape the city bustle but close enough to engage in the wonders of what Cape Town has to offer.

The apartment consists of the following:

Bedrooms:

2 bedrooms, one with a double size bed, the other with 2 single beds - suitable for a couple and children (sorry, no children younger than 7 years of age), or for a couple on their own.

Superior cotton linen and towels.

All rooms with breathtaking sea and mountain views.

Hotel grade mattresses.

Bathroom:

Modern bathroom, with seamless glass shower, toilet and basin.

Kitchen:

An open plan kitchen with microwave, 2 plate stove, fridge, and supporting electrical kitchen devices, opens onto a dining area and stylishly furnished lounge area with panoramic views of False Bay.

Outside patio:

A place to relax and take in the views.

Splash Pool:

Guests have access to the splash pool, a private area ideal for taking a dip on our hot African days.

Parking is off-road in front of our garage.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lesley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
