Il mio appartamento si trova a Fiuggi Fonte, a pochi passi dalla Fonte Bonifacio VIII e adiacente al Corso Nuova Italia.

La strada é tranquilla e c'è facilità di parcheggio, ma a disposizione dei miei ospiti c'é un parcheggio privato nel cortile antistante l'immobile. L'appartamento é un bilocale semi-mansardato con un caratteristico soffitto interamente in legno e dal design accattivante.

Si trova al 3°piano con ascensore ed è composto da una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale, da un soggiorno con angolo cottura e da un bagno con doccia.

Può ospitare fino a un massimo di 4 persone. In soggiorno c'è un divano letto matrimoniale.

Su richiesta abbiamo anche un lettino per bambini e un letto singolo richiudibile.

E' dotato di ogni confort (riscaldamento, aria condizionata, biancheria da letto e da bagno, TV satellitare, Wi-Fi gratuito, lettore DVD, microonde, tostapane, bollitore elettrico, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro, aspirapolvere, tutto ciò che occorre per preparare i pasti, libri, video e giochi da tavolo, prodotti per la pulizia).

L'immobile in cui si trova l'appartamento è inserito in un contesto commerciale molto vivace perché ricco di negozi di ogni genere, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e gelaterie, banche.

Why can't I call ALESSANDRA (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ALESSANDRA (the owner) a message.

If ALESSANDRA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
