The Antico Casale del Buono has STUDIOS with kitchenette for 3/4 people, in a beautiful house of '700, refurbished, located in a scenic location Torremezzo Falconara Albanian approximately 200 meters from the sea. A more quaint place, full of personality, different from modern homes. The facility, with private parking, a garden with terrace for sun beds, umbrellas, beach chairs, BBQ, WIFI, Laundry point, it is near the beach and attractions. The old houses of settlers who once worked the land Ancient Casale Del Buono, now house pretty comfortable studio rooms with kitchenettes (equipped with everything) TVLCD, private bathroom with shower. The studios all have private entrance and are tastefully furnished with antique furniture and colors in pastel colors. Some of them have comfortable verandas ideal to eat a few meals, and also designed to accommodate four-legged friends. THE HOUSE HAS ALSO STUDIOS FOR 2 PEOPLE AND APARTMENTS FOR 4/5 PEOPLE, FOR INFO AND PRICES SEE THE VIEW ON THE SAME PORTAL. NB: CONTACT ME THROUGH MESSAGE IN ORDER TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. Guest access All guests can make free use of a large garden and outdoor terraces from which you can enjoy views of the sea and its fascinating sunsets. The garden is equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, ideal space for relaxing, sunbathing, socializing and eating outdoors. The garden also has showers with hot water heated by 'solar energy, a pleasant and environmentally friendly way to daily relaxation in summer. Inside the garden you can enjoy free, too, the barbecue, ideal for organizing an evening, cooking on the grill their favorite dishes, taking advantage of the sessions to dine in peace around the green, enjoying the cool evening air. It has a large free car park, where you can park your car and always have a seat available. Finally, in the common areas guests can freely use and WIFI access point Laundry.

How do damage deposits work?
