The Flagstaff Rental Cabin is the perfect place to relax & enjoy your time away in a place that has everything you need - think of it as your own second home. Now with **Central AC** Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the romantic balcony off the second floor, or the main deck below. Look out into the peaceful canyon and listen to nothing but the breeze and birds in the trees.. Tax # ******** STR#: 23-0367 **PLEASE NOTE** - Strict 8 Guest Max (including kids) No events, Smoking or Pets Allowed. There is a single outdoor Security Camera overlooking the entrance so sorry, can't be sneaky :) Due to Extreme Fire Risk, No fire pits are allowed at all. Drive a TESLA? There is a Tesla Charger in the Garage for you to use! Please contact me ASAP by phone or text if you need anything during your stay :) Kachina Village is a quiet residential neighborhood located 6 miles S of Downtown. It boasts a great park at the base of the development, including Full Court Basketball, Softball Field, Jungle Gym and Mini Climbing Wall along with several Ramadas and BBQ Grills. When you need some excitement, just head 6 miles north and you are in Downtown Flagstaff. Great restaurants outdoor activities abound year-round. You will have full use of the entire cabin. You will be emailed a code for the front door. You are welcome to use the Detached Garage & remote, but on rare instances (usually during a snowstorm) I may need to park my Tesla in the garage so I can plow this cabin as well as the others I manage in Flagstaff in the AM as I live in Phoenix. I will let you know via phone/text so you are aware ahead of time. Beautiful Cabin in the cool pines of Flagstaff. Just 6 miles from downtown Flagstaff which sits at 7000 feet and just 80 miles from the Grand Canyon and 20 miles north of Sedona. It's also just over 2 hours S of Page, which includes Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, an amazing day trip if there ever was one. Flagstaff is truly the "gateway to Northern Arizona" an this is your perfect home base to see everything this amazing place has to offer. So sorry for the heater going out...it has since been REPLACED!! I also added full Air Conditioning as well, so just spent 10K to make sure that my guests are the perfect temperature at all times! I did have some space heaters to use but obviously, that didn't quite do it for your stay. Thanks for the otherwise great review!

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
